What we store
Merus stores uploaded rosbags, generated diagnostic reports, and viewer exports only for the purpose of running diagnostics, displaying results, and letting you delete those artifacts from the dashboard. No third-party retains a copy.
How access is isolated
Uploaded rosbags and generated reports are scoped to your authenticated account. Storage access is partitioned by user folder, and the Postgres layer enforces row-level security on every read. No engineer can browse another workspace.
AI model providers
We do not sell uploaded robotics data. AI likely-cause reports are generated only for plans where the feature is enabled, and inference may use configured model providers (currently Anthropic). Prompts include diagnostic metadata, not raw rosbag payloads.
Data deletion and export
You can delete any diagnostic from the dashboard at any time. To request bulk deletion, account closure, or a structured export, reach the team directly.
