Merus provides ROS diagnostic software for engineering review. It is a decision-support tool, not a safety certification. It does not replace robot safety validation, field testing, or operator judgment. Any recommendation produced by Merus, whether algorithmic or AI-generated, must be validated against the real system before it is applied.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the rosbags you upload and for verifying any recommendation before applying it to production robots. You confirm you have the right to upload the logs and that they contain no personal data beyond what is required for diagnostics.
Plans and limits
Free accounts are limited to five diagnostics per month. Pro and Team plans may enable higher quotas, AI likely-cause reports, and additional features when configured for your workspace. Plan details are visible in the billing section of the dashboard.
